Your hosting and website are secure on our servers. Our server is protected by firewalls, Denial of Service Attacks, and has antivirus software installed, to ensure your site is secure.
However, you still need to do your part, and make sure your passwords are strong, because your website is only as strong as the weakest password.
Dedicated Support
All of your support is by me, Kurt Ness directly. We do not outsource our support to other companies to handle, make you jump through phone trees, or put you on hold for hours. Every time you call or interact with us, you will talk to me. If I’m not available, leave me a message, and I will call you back soon.
On rare occasions, I will contract with a qualified colleague on the website design field, and they will handle emergency support requests when I will not be available for extended periods of time.
