I first started building websites in 2010, and started expirimenting with WordPress in 2011. In 2015 I started creating websites for small businesses in the Fox Valley area of Wisconsin. In 2018 I founded Ness Web Solutions.
Our process of website design includes a personalized approach and creating website mock ups to ensure you like the end product. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the end result.
With our design services, we will typically not make you pay anything up front, we only bill per actual hour worked. We bill at the end of the month for our design services, and provide 15 days to pay the invoice. In some instances we will require down payments, to secure services.
My Process
I start with Trust, Transparency, and Solution oriented at the very beginning. When you first contact me, I will be transparent about pricing and will set realistic expectations, and will provide you with solutions and not just extra products or services. Helping to build trust along the way.
I work with you to understand you, your business, and your website needs. Your website needs to reflect yourself and your business’s identity, culture, and show your cusomters what you do best! Therefore, it is essential that the designer must be in a constant feedback loop with the client. We believe in constant feedback and involvement of our clients during every step of the website design process.

The Design Steps
Inital Meeting
We will sit down with you (virtually) and discuss what you are wanting, and what we can offer you.
Scoping Meeting
We will next ask you questions to understand your wants and needs better. We ask a lot of questions, but it’s so we can understand your wants and needs.
Website Research
We will do research into the websites you like, your competitors, and websites you don’t like. We will take what you like and remember what you don’t like.
Scope of Work Draft & Approval
We work off of contracts, and scopes of work. We will draft up our scope and send you the draft for you to review. You can make as many edits as you need. After all edits are made, we sign our contract, which you are never locked into.

Website Mockup & Approval
We will then create a mock up of what the site will look like, so you can visually see how it will look. You will always have access to view the mock up and will be able to approve only the things you like.

Website Build with Continuous Feedback
We will then proceed with the full build of the website. Along this process we continue to solicit feedback from you.

Final Website Approval
After the website is complete, we have you look over it one last time, before we push it live. What ever you don’t approve, we fix, and send it back for final approval.

Website Goes Live
Once you give your final approval, we publish live. After we publish live, we will continue to support you and your website how ever we can.
