3rd Party Data processors

This document becomes effective for everyone on the date it was last updated.

Ness Web Solutions, LLC will not sell, rent, or lease customer information. We share customer information with the following 3rd party organizations on a regular basis:

  1. We use Freshworks, Inc. for support ticketing software.
  2. We use DevSquared, LLC for our client’s user credential for their services we manage for them
  3. We use GoDaddy, Inc. to provide us with website maintenance and backup tools.
  4. We use Adobe, Inc. for electronically signing documents.
  5. We use Google, LLC for the storage of client files and related content.
  6. We use OpenText Corporation for the backup of client files and related content, and spam and fraud prevention for emails
  7. We use LiquidWeb, LLC for website hosting
  8. We use CloudFlare for content delivery network
  9. We use bunny.net for content delivery network
  10. We use NameSilo, LLC for domain registration
  11. We use Hosting Concepts B.V. for domain registration & SSL/TLS Certificates
  12. We use miniOrange, Inc. for website 2 factor authentication
  13. We use Google, LLC for website analytics
  14. We use HotJar to website visitor tracking
  15. We use Stripe as a payment processor
  16. We use Sinch, for transactional (information about your account) and marketing (information about new products) emails.
  17. We use Brevo for marketing emails
  18. We use PolarisMail for email hosting.
  19. We use NameCheap for SSL/TLS certificates
  20. We use Survicate for surveys.
  21. We use FraudLabs Pro for fraud and spam protection
  22. We use FraudRecord for fraud and spam protection

Ness Web Solutions, LLC may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Ness Web Solutions, LLC, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

We will occasionally share your information with other 3rd parties that are not listed above, to perform short term, functions and services. If we start doing regular work with them, we will add them to the list. For a full list of 3rd party vendors your information is shared with, please contact support.

OPTING OUT OF 3RD PARTY DATA PROCESSORS. You may only elect to keep your user credentials out of DevSquared, LLC, and Google, LLC for website analytics. If you choose to opt out of Google, LLC Analytics, you are ineligible to receive site analytics reports, and must maintain your own analytics services. You are not able to opt out of any other 3rd Party Data Processor.

CHANGES TO THIS STATEMENT. Ness Web Solutions, LLC reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account.
